Why Flash?
You may be asking, why flash instead of good ole .jpg or even the rouge .gif file? well ill tell you
1. I'll be blunt. I can not draw. Flash makes life easy by snapping my lines together and keeping them curvy.
2. File size. For instance, the latest comic, 11-14-02, is only 19 K, there is no way im getting any .jpg to be 19k and still retain the quality that the .swf vector graphics retain.
3. I may animate certain things. who knows?
4. Last. flash saves a library of all shapes and graphics I use so i can just kinda pick the pre-existing graphics to create new comics. although whenever I need a new pose, I have to draw it, but its saved forever.
